Terms Of Service

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance and operator

InnerSophist ("we", "us") provides this website and its creative services. These terms apply to your use of InnerSophist. Purchases completed through Polar also follow the Polar Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

2. Our services

InnerSophist offers coloring pages, online coloring tools, a maze generator, community artwork and the optional InnerSophist Plus membership. Free content remains available separately. The Plus page describes the current paid features and plans; third-party purchases, including Amazon orders, are separate.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you submit or post on our platform. You must not engage in any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

4. Content and licences

InnerSophist and its licensors retain rights in the underlying illustrations, books, tools and branding. Your permitted use of free content, Plus originals and community submissions is explained on our License Information page. A subscription provides access and a licence to use content; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying work.

5. Changes to these terms

We display the revision date below and will give notice of material changes where required by law. Changes do not remove rights already granted under an existing licence or mandatory consumer protections. Any consent required by law will be requested before the relevant change takes effect.

6. Community submissions

Only submit artwork you have the right to share. Your contribution remains yours, subject to rights in the underlying page. By submitting it for publication, you permit InnerSophist to store, resize, watermark and display it with your chosen public username to showcase the service. Submissions stay private until approved. Approved artwork may be publicly indexed by search engines; contact us to request removal. Do not submit personal information you do not want published.

7. Support and disputes

For problems with the service, contact InnerSophist. For a Polar charge, cancellation or refund, you may also use Polar buyer support. Nothing here prevents you from using complaint, dispute or court procedures available under applicable law.

8. Age and account eligibility

Community accounts are for users aged 13 or older. You must be at least 18 to purchase Plus. Parents and teachers may use permitted printouts with children without creating accounts for children under 13. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your subscription account.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts or remove submissions for abuse, infringement, fraud or breaches of these terms. We will provide notice where appropriate or legally required. If paid access is affected, contact us about access, billing and any applicable refund rights. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: arrange cancellation through Polar so future billing stops.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InnerSophist, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

11. Applicable law and consumer rights

Your mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain protected, including any right to bring a complaint or claim in your country of residence. These terms do not impose an exclusive court location. Transactions with Polar are separately governed by its Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or content) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, negligence or otherwise, even if we have been advised as to the possibility of such damages. The above does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Plus billing and renewal

Plus is billed monthly or yearly, according to the plan selected at checkout. There is no free trial: the first payment is due when you subscribe. The total, currency, taxes and billing interval are shown before payment. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Polar is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for Plus purchases, handling payment processing, taxes, receipts and payment-related support. Its Buyer Terms also apply.

14. Plus content and book access

Eligible members can access all released Plus pages and approved Plus mazes, including maze answer keys. This is a shared catalog, not a release schedule based on your join date. A monthly member may unlock one available book per eligible paid billing period. Explicitly unlocked monthly books remain in that account’s library after ordinary cancellation. An active yearly membership includes every released Plus book; yearly catalog access alone does not permanently unlock those books. The Plus catalog does not include every third-party book linked from this website.

15. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Manage billing in your account or the link in your Polar receipt before the next renewal. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and leaves membership access available until the paid period ends. It does not automatically refund the current period. Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights and request instructions are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Polar’s refund policy.

16. Plan changes

Review and confirm any plan change and charge shown before proceeding. Upgrades may produce an immediate prorated charge; the review shows the amount and effective date. A change scheduled for a later date takes effect as shown in your billing information. Required notices or consent for price changes will follow applicable law.
