12. Community Accounts, Likes, Saves & Uploads

If you create a community account with Google, we store your account identifier, email, Google profile name and photo, and chosen public username. Your username may appear with approved submissions; your email is not displayed publicly.

Likes, collections, uploaded artwork and related moderation records are linked to your account. We record activity and support events, including relevant account identifiers, timestamps and IP addresses, for security, service operation and abuse prevention.

When you upload colored artwork or share a saved Studio coloring, its preview is sent to Google Gemini to suggest a title, palette and descriptive copy. Admins can also request AI copy for submitted mazes. Suggestions can be reviewed and edited before publication.

Submissions remain private until approved. Approved artwork, maze previews, titles, descriptions and public usernames may appear on the site and in search engines. Plus artwork previews are watermarked; access to protected originals follows the relevant membership or ownership rules. You may request unpublication or account deletion through our contact page.

13. Plus subscriptions and Polar

For checkout we share your email, account identifier and, where available, name with Polar, along with the selected plan and return destination. Polar collects payment and billing information directly; InnerSophist does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.

We store Polar customer, subscription and transaction identifiers, plan and subscription status, billing dates, book unlocks and records of terms acceptance and adult attestation. We use them to verify access, recover missing subscription records, manage support and prevent abuse. Polar acts as merchant of record and processes data under its Privacy Policy; it is not solely a processor acting on our instructions.

14. Saved Studio work and mazes

Saved Studio projects include their title, source page, canvas settings, color layers and previews. Saved mazes include their title, generation settings, puzzle and answer data, and usage allowance records. These are linked to your account to provide editing, downloads and sharing.

Saving a project does not publish it. Sharing sends it to review; only an approved submission becomes public. Our team can access relevant account, project and moderation records for support and review.

15. Usage analytics and session replay

In addition to Google Analytics, we use PostHog when enabled to understand page visits, feature interactions and technical problems. It may collect browser and device details, page URLs, usage events and session recordings. Our replay configuration masks form inputs and excludes admin routes; visible page content may still be recorded.

Browser privacy and cookie settings can limit some collection but may also affect features. Contact us about privacy choices or objections. Payment details entered within Polar checkout are handled by Polar.
