Refunds & Cancellation
This policy applies to InnerSophist Plus purchases made through Paddle. It explains cancellation and refunds; these are separate actions.
1. Payments and renewal
Your monthly or yearly plan is charged when you subscribe and renews automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial. The amount, taxes, currency and billing interval are shown at checkout.
2. How to cancel
Open your account’s Plus section and choose Manage billing, or use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another charge. If you cannot access the portal, contact Paddle buyer support.
3. What happens after cancellation
Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Access remains available until then, and future renewals stop. Books explicitly unlocked as monthly picks stay in your account. Yearly access to all books ends with the membership; it does not permanently add the catalog to your library. Previously granted content licences remain subject to their original terms.
4. Refunds and your rights
Payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time, unless applicable law requires a refund or Paddle approves one under its refund policy. Cancelling a subscription is not itself a refund request. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed products remain protected. Downloading or using content does not automatically remove those rights; any lawful exception and required express consent must apply.
5. Requesting a refund
Use Paddle buyer support or the support link in your receipt. Give the checkout email, transaction reference if available, and reason for the request. Never send card security codes. Paddle reviews and processes payment refunds. For an access or product problem, you may also contact InnerSophist.
6. Other purchases and related policies
Amazon and other third-party purchases follow the seller’s own policies. For Plus, read our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, License Information and the Paddle Buyer Terms. Mandatory rights take precedence over any conflicting wording.
